Following are our white wines: - Sylvaner - Pinot Blanc - Pinot Auxerois - Muskat ( Ottonel-grapes only) - Riesling - Pinot Gris - Gewürztraminer Our red wine: - Pinot Noir Our Crémant du Rittersberg: - available from December 2008 on Our quality levels are: - Rittersberg - classics - Rittersberg Réserve Personnelle - Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives - Rittersberg Sélection de Grains Nobles Since all our wines are grown on granite soil only you will find the typical mineral note in all our wines that allows long storage of our wines to improve their quality.

Please note in our technical data sheet that all wines contain less sulfites than allowed for organic wines! All grapes are hand picked only and from organic production. Please note our low production of average 45 hl/ha: the result is great wines of specific caracter and concentration.
