- Gentil Rittersberg 2004: 5% Chasselas, 55% Sylvaner und 40% Riesling Rittersberg, very fruity, floral and aroma of truffle chocolate. Round, powerful on the pallet but yet with pleasant acidity, dry. Easy to drink, 12.8 %

- Riesling Rittersberg Réserve Personnelle 2002: one of our top Riesling for years, from old wine stocks: intense, complex and very well balanced between the acidity and the minerals, 13.15 %

- Pinot Gris Rittersberg Réserve Personnelle 2004: dry grey burgundy, very elegant, exotic and yet powerful at 12.7 %

- Gewurztraminer Rittersberg Réserve Personnelle 2003: strong and floral, rose petal and fine spices, taste of over ripe grapes, residual sugar well integrated and well balanced at 14.3 %

- Pinot Noir Rittersberg Réserve Personnelle 2002: very aromatic in flavor, rich, tastes of strawberries and comes with a note of vanilla, 12.8 %

- Riesling Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives 1998: extra ordinary Riesling, very complex, almost dry, great mineral notes, 12.6 %

- Pinot Gris Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives 1999: Prix Vinalies Nationales 2002, very pleasant flavor, elegant, wine of great elegance, 12.6 %

- Gewurztraminer Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives 2000: a really outstanding Gewurztraminer: a wine of great aromatic complexity from over ripe grapes - unfortunately: end of series. 13.2 %

- Gewurztraminer Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives 2002: Winner of old medal at VINALIES INTERNATIONALES 2005, Paris. The Gewurztraminer in perfection, fantastic flavor, excellent balance, 122 gr. of residual sugar, 12.1 % alcohol - limited stock.

- Pinot Gris Rittersberg Sélection de Grains Nobles 1999: Prix d'Excellence Vinalies Nationales 2002, complex noble rot, rich and elegant in flavor - our favorite wine at present. 12.8.%

- Gewurztraminer Rittersberg Sélection de Grains Nobles 1997: a great vintage for this Gewurztraminer. Excellent maturity, complex, reduced spicy note - but almost sold out!

- Pinot Gris Rittersberg Sélection de Grains Nobles 2001: mystical wine - winner of a Silver medal at VINALIES INTERNATIONALES 2005, Paris - the top wine of Jean-Paul Schmitt. 171 gr. residual sugar, 9,55 % alcohol: seducing flavor of greatest purity, charming balance, long lasting and elegant. Very small series - reservation is recommended. This precious delicacy will be fully matured from 2006 on.
